Wuxi, a southern city of three thousand years, located in Yangtze River Delta which is the most economically developed region of China. Adjacent to the international metropolis of Shanghai, Wuxi has developed quickly and had cultivated lots of talents for the country. On 19th century, a number of industrialist such as Mr. RongDesheng emerged in Wuxi. As a industrialist, Mr.RongDesheng adhered to the Industrial development, and took it as a way of rejuvenating the country. He vigorously develop the cotton textile industry and machinery manufacturing in Wuxi, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing and other places of China. As a result, MrRong was known as the Chinese textile magnate, as well as "Flour King". Mr. Rong also pay attention to the development of education. From 1906 until 1947, he established several schools, including eight primary schools, one secondary school, a university, and a library of nearly 12 rolls of boos. Together with other business industrialists, RongDesheng built 88 bridges of all sizes, and built 59 kilometers of road. What he had done was widely praised by society.

Leonora Yung, granddaughter of Mr. RongDesheng, current member of the People's Political Consultative Conference of Jiangsu Province, inherited the fine tradition of loving the motherland and enthusiastic about education.
