A Partnership was Formed between Yung’s Education Group and Victoria English Institute

Kaytherine Liao, as well as her colleague from Victoria English Institute visited Yung’s Education Group on March 28, 2011. Personal Assistant to Chairman Hu Xichang extended his warm welcome to the coming guests.
Accompanied by Mr. Hu Xichang, Ms. Liao and her colleague were impressed by wonderful environment and harmonious atmosphere in the company.
Mr. Hu Xichang briefly introduced the company and the situation of International Education development. Based on the knowledge and experience of worldwide English education, Ms Liao gave a lecture about the change of educational theory and their teaching philosophy of Victoria English Institute. In her point of view, the school should pay more attention to students’ abilities of “learning to do, learning to live together and learning to be” than simply giving knowledge. Cultivating students’ habit of learning by themselves is the key of teaching. Mr. Wang Yaoxu, colleague of Ms. Liao, gave specific examples of how to make students more active in learning.
After their lecture, both sides had reached an agreement in future cooperation. School visits, training courses of teaching skills, information sharing and students’ summer campus would be held in the near future based on this agreement. They all believe that this cooperation agreement would have a positive effect on the development of both sides.
On behalf of the board, Mr. Hu Xichang said that by learning more from each other, and have a brighter future and cultivate more talents for the country.
